The /. meetup last night was fun. Met some nerds, but the dude who brought the Newton totally rocked my socks. They're built like tanks, and I hear they can be had used for around 200$. Sign me up!
Two women happened to sit down with the group while we were at futures. They sat .. and sat .. for maybe 3 minutes, and then got up and left. I still can't tell if they left because we didn't say anything to them, or if we were just too nerdy for their tastes.
Leigh showed up, with one of the funniest t-shirts I've seen in awhile. It read: "Mac for Productivity. Linux for Development. Palm for Mobility. Windows for Solitaire." Bwhauauahahaha!
I was late for work this morning. I can't do that anymore, cause were moving into a smaller office soon. No more sneaking into our cavernous 15th floor lair. On a plus note, the bathrooms are way better on the 14th floor. Plus, it should shave a whole 2 seconds off the trip from the ground floor to the office.
Some people have been asking me about Intro-inspection, osymyso's 12 minute epic composed entirely of introductions to pop songs from the past 40 years. It's unreal. Unfortunately, he seems to have removed downloads from his page for the time being ... maybe they will re-appear at some point?
Any fark.com photoshop thread that involves G. Bush is funny. I dare you to not find this funny.
