Got two cats over the weekend. They're one year old orange tabbies. Got them from this cool couple who help rescue abanded cats and put them in suitable homes. Apparently they've never seen my home.
I've never had two cats before (only 15, but that was back in budapest, and it was a favour for a friend, I swear.) It's neat to see their differing personalities. I mean, they're both orange, but they're like, different people, man! One seems to like catfood, but the other one loves it! And one is a little more orange than the other. He's the rebel .. I've since banned orange hair dye from the place, so he might start to blend back in if I'm successful.
Other important things to note:
Totally, out of character, may I suggest checkin out the Serenity trailer, the movie born directly out of the backlash against the cacellation of Firefly, a show that had a cult following for the one year it was on. I was late to the party, but the two episodes I saw stomped anything I'd liked in the Star Trek, sci-fi world since Next Gen. Yes, I'm a downer.
Other than that, working, trying to make a difference in this company, and occasionally scratching my hair (sorry mom) or making a stupid face to garner a laugh. You know me.
